Stacy has lived and worked as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse in Hawaii since 1988 and was the APRN representative on the Hawaii State Legislation Medical Marijuana Task Force committee.
STEVE BALCOM, Patient Consultant
Steve is a Mental Health counselor and earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychology from St. Martin’s University in 1992. Steve has lived and worked in Hawaii since 2002.
